The class of 2025 Freshman Student Government at Eldorado High School is hosting a fundraiser on Wednesday, March 16, at Quarter Celtic Taproom on Juan Tabo.
The event runs from noon to 8 p.m., and patrons must either mention Eldorado when ordering or show the attached flyer from their phones. Ten percent of all sales mentioning Eldorado will go toward the fundraiser.
The funds will help the Class of 2025 through their four-year high school careers and will eventually be used for events like senior trip or prom in their final year.
Quarter Celtic has a traditional Irish pub menu with fish and chips in town, nachos are also worth a try, and scotch eggs and poutine. And, like any good Irish pub, Quarter Celtic has a selection of traditional Irish beers, such as their “Kill or be Kilt Scotch Ale” or their “McLomas Dry Stout.”
Quarter Celtic is located at 1930 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE just east of Indian School. There are also pickup and to-go options for both their food and beer selections.
