The Albuquerque Public Schools Education Foundation recently announced the Selfless Seniors Class of 2023.
One senior from each high school in the district was selected to be honored for their dedication to school and commitment to others.
For 15 years, the APS Education Foundation has partnered with photographer Frank Frost to identify and celebrate the Selfless Seniors.
The Selfless Seniors in northwest Albuquerque are Rebecca Thomas from Cibola High School and Zoe Baca, who goes to Volcano Vista.
Thomas and Baca, along with 12 other seniors, will get a free portrait shot by Frank Frost Studios. The photos will also be displayed at APS headquarters, every high school, on electronic billboards, the Sunport International Airport and other locations. All Selfless Seniors will then be honored at APS’ Gold Bar Event on April 14 at Sandia Resort & Casino for making a difference in their schools, homes and neighborhoods.
