He faces charges of murder, aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, and evidence tampering. Uriah Davis, who pleaded guilty to bank robbery in Albuquerque, has been sentenced to 33 months in prison. Davis entered a Wells Fargo Bank, demanded money, and fled with $4,900.00.
