Two other calls for shots fired occurred at 7:22 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, just north of North Domingo Baca Park. The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALOTRS® ShowingTime Showings Report for October 2022 lists the Northeast Heights, SWMLS Area 50, as having a total of 1,207 showings and 141 listings for the month. Buyer interest was also high, with 8.6 showings per listing. Unofficial results from the New Mexico Secretary of State’s website show Rep. William R. Rehm (R) winning the state house District 31 race with a 10% lead over Athena Ann Christodoulou (D). Rehm received 8,507 votes and Christodoulou 6,963 with all 38 precincts fully reporting. New Mexico Secretary of State 2021 voter registration data indicates there were a total of 26,232 registered voters in District 31. The proposed $727,000 roundabout to be built at the intersection of Holly Avenue and Ventura Street is still in the planning phase, but as the new Allaso Vineyard Luxury Apartments come closer to completion, the need to mitigate traffic congestion in the area has increased.
