Right next to the Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall, the old Better Call Saul office filming location is currently being transformed into the Bourbon House of Spirits and Fare.

The new location in the Paradise Square Shopping Center will have a spacious rustic patio, which had taken most of pandemic to build as well as a kitchen with food options. Now that the patio is finally completed, the owner, John, is getting to the inside, which will be based on a traditional country pub. For years since its opening in 2011, people who have come to the dance hall for shows or dance events often bring their own food, have it delivered or go nearby, so this transition for Dirty Bourbon to have a venue that offers these things with an already built-in need is a natural conversion to the famous filming location.

The owner also said the Dance Hall and Saloon has always had pretty limited hours in the evenings on the weekends and wanted to make a place with an outdoor space for people to enjoy during the day as well.

The Better Call Saul law office is where Walter White and Saul Goodman, a.k.a. Jimmy McGill, meet for the first time. The location on Eubank and Montgomery is featured in most of Breaking Bad after the second season, and the last two seasons of Better Call Saul. There is not a definitive opening date yet but the owner said he hopes to have it up and running by the end of August or beginning of September. Nearby businesses said the company seems to want to have it up and running after a long, arduous construction project with the newly added patio.
