Here is a recap of last week’s games for Eldorado High School sports teams according to the Albuquerque Public Schools athletics schedule and Maxpreps.
Football
The varsity team (2-7) lost to the Farmington Scorpions on Friday 45-21.
The JV team (4-3) won against the West Mesa Mustangs 47-22 on Monday, Oct. 17.
Team C (2-5) won on Tuesday against the Belen Eagles 22-15.
Volleyball
The varsity team (15-3) lost to the La Cueva Bears on Tuesday 3-1, but also won against the Piedra Vista Panthers on Saturday 3-0.
The JV team (9-6) also lost to La Cueva 2-0 and won to Piedra Vista 2-0.
The C team (4-8) lost to La Cueva as well 2-0 and won against Piedra Vista 2-0.
Soccer
The boys varsity team (8-8-3) won against the West Mesa Mustangs 7-0 on Tuesday but lost to the La Cueva Bears on Thursday with a score of 1-2.
The JV team (12-1) beat both West Mesa 10-0 Tuesday and La Cueva Thursday 1-0.
The girls varsity (15-2-2) won both their games last week with West Mesa on Tuesday 10-0 and Thursday with La Cueva 1-0.
The girls JV team (4-6-1) lost to La Cueva Thursday 1-0.

Cross-country
Both of Eldorado’s cross-country teams finished first at the Eldorado Invite Oct. 21. Nick Moore finished first for the boys varsity with a time of 18:10.55. The team had an average time of 19:56.37. The girls varsity took its victory with an average team time of 23:43.75.
