The Eisenhower Middle School Choir took third place in a state-wide competition on Friday. Instructors rewarded the students to an afternoon of Little Caesars pizza, snacks, and desserts in the park.
Instructor Will Gonzales said the ensemble received a superior rating and deserved a nice pizza party. Gonzales explained some of the students in another group called the Five Star Show Choir will also be performing April 12 at the Sandia Presbyterian Church along with the La Cueva Choir.
