According to AAA data, the July 6 average price of regular unleaded fuel in Albuquerque was $4.49 a gallon, 13 cents less than last week’s average. A year ago, the average was $3.11 a gallon. New Mexico’s average price of fuel for July 6 is $4.59, and the national average $4.77 a gallon. AAA data shows Harding County as having the highest average price of gasoline in the state at $5.07 a gallon.

• The price of regular unleaded at the Phillips 66 at 5301 Wyoming Blvd. went down 26 cents from last week’s $4.60 to $4.34 a gallon on July 6. Mid-grade went from $5.05 to $4.80 a gallon, premium went down from $5.35 to $5.10, and diesel went down 10 cents $5.40 a gallon. Prices for mid-grade and premium were more than 24 hours old, according to Google Maps.

• Prices at the Circle K/Shell gas station at 8101 Harper Drive stayed the same since last week, with regular unleaded at $4.60 a gallon, mid-grade at $5.05 and premium $5.35 a gallon. Diesel decreased two cents to $5.38 a gallon.

• A gallon of regular unleaded at the Circle K/Phillips 66 gas station at 5501 Alameda Blvd. decreased 11 cents from $4.95 to $4.84 since last week. Mid-grade also decreased 11 cents from $5.40 to $5.29 a gallon, as did premium, now costing $5.59 a gallon. A gallon of diesel fuel cost $5.70 a gallon, the same as on June 29.

• The Chevron at 5980 Alameda Blvd. is charging $4.87 for a gallon of regular, 10 cents less than last week. Mid-grade went from $5.43 to $5.33, and premium went from $5.84 to $5.74 a gallon.
