According to AAA data, the June 22 average price of regular unleaded in Albuquerque was $4.72 a gallon. A year ago, the average was $2.91 a gallon. New Mexico’s average price of fuel for June 22 was $4.77, and the national average $4.95. AAA data shows Harding County as having the highest average price of gasoline in the state at $5.42 a gallon, the same as last week.

• The price of regular unleaded at the Phillips 66, 5301 Wyoming Blvd., went up from last week’s $4.73 a gallon to $5 a gallon this week. Mid-grade went from $5.33 to $5.45 a gallon, premium went up from $5.63 to $5.73, and diesel decreased from $5.66 to $5.50 a gallon.

• Prices at the Circle K/Shell gas station at 8101 Harper Drive also increased since last week, with regular unleaded going from $4.86 to $5 a gallon, mid-grade from $5.35 to $5.45, and premium went from $5.62 to $5.75 a gallon. Diesel stayed the same at $5.70 a gallon.

• A gallon of regular unleaded at the Circle K/Phillips 66 gas station at 5501 Alameda Blvd. increased five cents to $5 since last week. Mid-grade also increased five cents from $5.40 to $5.45 a gallon, as did premium, at $5.75 a gallon. A gallon of diesel fuel cost $5.70 a gallon, the same as on June 15.

• The Chevron at 5980 Alameda Blvd. was charging $4.97 for a gallon of regular, down three cents from last week. Mid-grade stayed the same at $5.46, and premium went down from $5.87 to $5.84 a gallon. Prices for mid-grade were more than 24 hours old, according to Google Maps.
