The city’s Department of Family & Community Services is advertising a free women’s self defense course at Holiday Park Community Center Saturday, Jan. 28 from 12:30-3 p.m.
Women ages 16 and older will learn techniques for self defense during the free course. Registration is required and can be completed at play.cabq.gov.
