The 2022 La Cueva football annual golf tournament is rescheduled due to inclement weather.
A June 27 tweet by LCHS Bears Football reads, “Due to the over night rain fall and current weather conditions, we will be postponing our annual Golf tournament. The tournament will be rescheduled. We have reached out to each team and we will follow-up when we have a new date. Thank you.”
The tournament was originally scheduled to take place June 27 at the Tanoan Country Club Golf Course. A link to purchase tickets for the football team’s Ball Drop fundraiser can still be accessed at form.123formbuilder.com/6188434/form. Winners of the Ball Drop will be notified at the golf tournament. The first-place prize is a $750 Visa gift card. The second-place prize is a $500 Apple gift card. Tickets cost $10 a piece.
