The La Cueva High School Class of 2022 is in its final stretch. However, seniors expecting to graduate May 11 still have some business to attend to.

A mandatory graduation rehearsal will take place from 9-11 a.m. May 10 in the main gym. Cap and gown distribution will take place after the rehearsal. From 12:30-1:30 p.m., graduates will walk through two local elementary schools to be honored by students in the hallways. Also on May 10, an honor ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. in the main gym. Seniors must arrive by 5:15 p.m.

On graduation day, May 11, the school will have a modified schedule beginning with a warning bell at 7:18 a.m. and ending with dismissal at 11:30 a.m. A graduation ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at Tingley Coliseum. Seniors must be seated by 12:30 p.m. The graduation ceremony will be followed by A RAD GRAD after party at Hinkle Family Fun Center from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. A student ID is required for check-in between 11 p.m. to midnight. No one will be admitted after midnight, and no one is allowed to leave during the hypnotist show from 2-4 a.m.
