The highly anticipated Lindo Mexico Grill and Seafood location at the Promenade is finally opening Wednesday, Oct. 12.
For the better part of the last year, folks had been waiting on the restaurant to open. The owners had anticipated in the spring, but had handmade furniture coming in from South America that took longer than usual because of the supply chain issues affecting most industries. Then, the restaurant had issues getting its liquor license for what is now its second location.
It seems all the kinks of opening a new business have worked out, with Wednesday’s soft opening on the schedule.
