Lizard Tail unveils new patio — and more

Lizard Tail Brewing has some changes, including new hours, a new fall mead, Sunday growler deals and a newly installed patio.

The outdoor patio at 9800 Montgomery NE location allows patrons to take in city views from the Heights on fall afternoons and evenings. Dogs are allowed on the patio, but there is a strict no smoking policy.

The brewery’s new growler deal that starts Sunday offers $1 off all growers bought on Sundays at all locations.

New fall hours staring Sunday, Oct. 2, are as follows: 

Monday-Wednesday: 2-10 p.m.

Thursday: 2 p.m. to midnight

Friday and Saturday: Noon to midnight

Sunday: Noon to 8 p.m.  

Additionally, the brewery has come out with its signature fall Orange Blossom Honey Mead in 22-ounce bottles, sold at Jubilation Wine and Spirits. This sweet, crisp and full-bodied mead is the perfect addition to a night spent at home or a great BYOB option for weekend dinner parties. 

Lizard Tail has game board nights twice a month, Geeks Who Drink quiz nights at its Industrial location on Columbia, as well as open mic night, comedy shows and live music.
