NM economic relief payment applications end Friday

For low-income families, there is still economic relief available on the yes NM website and applications are still being taken until Friday, Oct. 7. 

The state legislature secured $10 million for economic relief in 2022, and people can still apply. 

Folks just need to be a New Mexico resident, submit their social security number or Taxpayer ID number, or a NM driver’s license, as well as banking information and a valid address. 

Payments up to $400 per household will issued no later than the end of November. Final notification of payment determination will be given over email or letter.
