Educators Night at the New Mexico United match is on for Wednesday night.

The game, originally set for June 22 against Rio Grande Valley FC, was rescheduled for July 6 because of “inclement weather impacting the ability to complete a field conversion,” according to a release from NM United.

Fans who already had purchased a ticket for the June game will be able to use it for the rescheduled match Wednesday, which will start at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will be donated by United to the APS Education Foundation to provide classroom and school grants.

APS will host a table at the rescheduled game for hiring support staff including bus drivers, nurses, custodians, educational assistants, food service workers, maintenance and operations, clerks, secretaries and IT techs. The table will be located on the concourse near the Marge Simpson sculpture.
