Beginning Tuesday, Rainbow Blvd. is down to one lane of traffic in each direction.
Northbound Rainbow will be closed until mid-September for construction of a raw water transmission pipeline.
The northbound lanes will be closed between Ventana Ranch Road and Irving Blvd. The pedestrian walkway along the Piedras Marcadas Arroyo will be closed from Rainbow to Universe.
During the construction, traffic will be shifted to the left in the Southbound lanes of Rainbow with one lane of traffic open in each direction. Access to to all businesses and residences will be maintained.
