The Oso Grande Neighborhood Association is meeting Saturday, April 30, at Oso Grande Park.

Neighbors are encouraged to join in for a park cleanup from 9:30 a.m. to noon and then meet and greet the association’s board members from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Oso Grande neighborhood boundaries are Spain Road to the north, Edwards Drive to the east, Bear Canyon Arroyo to the south, and Morris Street to the west. According to the association’s website, meetings are usually held twice a year at the Bear Canyon Senior Center.

The website says, “The purpose of OGNA is to foster a sense of community among its members and fellow citizens; to work for the safety, cleanliness, and livability of its streets and homes; and to work for the preservation, restoration, promotion, and appreciation of Oso Grande.”
