While waiting for fourth quarter grades to be released, parents and guardians can register students for the Albuquerque Public Schools 2022-23 school year on ParentVUE. The online tool allows for registration of new or returning students with a just a few clicks of some buttons.

ParentVUE provides the option of uploading required documents, such as immunization records and proof of residency. If preferred, a box can be checked requesting the documents to be turned in as a hard copy at the school. Either way, the process only takes a few minutes and ensures students are registered prior to the beginning of the school year.

When registering students, it is necessary to view the Special Education Procedural Safeguards for Students with Disabilities and Their Families and the Albuquerque Emergency Health Information documents. Those registering multiple students still need to press the “View” button to be able to proceed, but it is not necessary to download the documents multiple times. After pressing “View,” just hit cancel instead of download and then press “Next” to proceed.

The Special Education Safeguards document is 35 pages while the Emergency Health Information document is a half-page. Both documents are important and must be viewed to register.

Grades and attendance for the 2021-22 school year can also be viewed on ParentVUE. Fourth quarter grades will be available after May 31 at most schools.
