Rise + Roast, a popular local coffee and doughnut shop, opened its newest location Tuesday in the Petroglyph Medical Plaza in Rio Rancho.
A short drive from Ventana Ranch, Rise + Roast offers freshly brewed coffee and freshly made doughnuts daily.
The new shop is located at 2011 Unser Blvd. SE, just north of Rust Medical Center. The first Rise + Roast opened in 2019 at 401 Eubank Blvd.
The 1,100-square-foot building on Unser has curbside spots for customers ordering carry-out and a dual-lane drive-thru to serve customers quickly.
The Rise + Roast menu offers classic and specialty doughnuts by the dozen or individually. They also brew hot and iced coffee, smoothies, frapps and teas.
The newest location is open daily from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
