Savoy Bar and Grill will be offering a ride through northwestern Italian wineries with a wine tasting from Synergy Fine Wines. There will be five different wines with Savoy chef’s small but delightful food pairings to compliment each tasting. Savoy also offers fine-dining and patio menus, including their signature Wood-fire roasted prime rib.
A list of the five wines offered are a 2016 Contratto Millesimato Pas Dose, 2020 Mauro Molino Nebbiolo D’Langhe, 2020 Mauro Molino Barbera D’Alba, 2020 Giacomo Barbera D’Alba and 2018 Mauro Molino Barolo. A host from Synergy Fine Wines will educate and instruct participants on how to properly taste the wines offered.
The tasting starts 3 p.m Saturday, Aug. 6, and is $60 per person, not including gratuity and tax. Reservations are limited and can be made here or by calling 505-294-9463.
