Albuquerque Public Schools will hold flu and COVID vaccination clinics at schools and facilities throughout November.
A clinic will be held from 2-6 p.m. Friday at Chamiza Elementary School. Appointments are not required for flu shots but are recommended for the COVID-19 booster or vaccine.
The COVID-19 boosters are made to better protect against the most recently circulating variant. The CDC recommends COVID vaccines for everyone age 6 months and older and boosters for everyone age 5 years and older who are eligible to receive one.
